Man arrested after store window smashed

Police have arrested a man after investigating the smashing of a front window at a Charlotte Street business early Saturday morning.

A 911 call led officers to the building at about 3:20 a.m. A man was found inside. Cody Steven Donald Donaldson, 26, of Wolfe Street, was charged with break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence.

He was released and is to appear in court Nov. 29.
