Ardron, Beukeboom score tries for Canada

MARSEILLE, France — Lindsay’s Brett Beukeboom scored two tries and Lakefield’s Tyler Ardron had one to help Canada to a 65-19 win over Kenya on Sunday in the opening game of the 2019 Rugby World Cup repechage tournament.

Germany beat Hong Kong 26-9 in Sunday’s other game. Canada plays Germany next Saturday, while Hong Kong meets Kenya.
