Man accused of cutting man with knife

City police arrested a man Tuesday after an altercation at a Park Street location. A man allegedly pulled a knife and threatened another man during an argument at about 9:10 p.m. The second man was cut on the hand and treated by paramedics at the scene.

Michael Schieb, 54, of McDonnel Street, was charged with assault with a weapon and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm. He was held in custody and was to appear in court Wednesday.
