Donate used cellphones

City police are asking for donations of used cellphones with chargers.

The phones will be wiped of all personal information and given to people in the community who are victims of domestic violence or otherwise vulnerable so they can call 911 in an emergency. Police are looking for working phones with matching chargers. They can be dropped off in the main lobby of the police station on Water Street.
