Christmas fun at Lang Pioneer Village
Lang Pioneer Village is getting into the festive spirit with Christmas By Candlelight.
The Keene-area attraction hosts events Saturday and Sunday, with a variety of holiday experiences.
Sugar plums, sugar cookies, apple fritters, hot drinks and apple cider are tasteable. There are points to learn about interesting topics such as how plum pudding is made, winter travel, Victorian pinprick, tatting, tin ware crafts and garland making. You can even sing carols.
Visitors are asked to bring a nonperishable food item and park at the Peterborough County Agriculture building.
Tickets are available $15 for adults, $10 for students and seniors, $7 for youths, at bit.ly/ christmas by candle light 2018, or at the doors.
