Electronics stolen in break-in

Electronics were stolen after a Hilliard Street home was entered through an insecure window during broad daylight on Monday, city police said.

The break-in happened sometime between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Monday while the homeowner was away, police said.

A large television, a tablet, an Android box and a media player were stolen, police said.

Police are reminding people to ensure all doors and windows are properly locked and secured when leaving their home.
