DOURO DUKES SWEEP

The Douro Drain Electric Peewee LL Dukes defeated the Brighton Braves 8-3 in Brighton on Saturday.

The Dukes were trailing 2-0 in the first period and came back in the second period with a vengeance. Brady Drain scored five goals for Douro while Maeve Hotrum, Jocelyn Bolton and Jazzmin Hiltz also scored. Cole Higgins, Bolton, Logan Tripp, Carter France and Drain had assists.

On Sunday, the Dukes beat Brighton 4-2 at home. Rachel Devlin, A.J Dunford, Stella Holbrook and Drain scored for Douro. Higgins and Hiltz had assists.
