Two charged af­ter drug unit searches home

City po­lice have charged two men af­ter search­ing a Burn­ham

Street home Thurs­day.

Mem­bers of the ICAD (In­tel­li­gence, Crime An­a­lyst, As­set For­fei­ture and Drug) unit and the Emer­gency Re­sponse Team used a war­rant to search the mul­tiu­nit res­i­dence.

Po­lice seized 156 grams of co­caine, 30 grams of fen­tanyl/heroin mix (pur­ple heroin) and more than $5,000 in Cana­dian cur­rency Darcy Neva Davis, 31, of Burn­ham Street, was charged with the possession of a sched­ule I sub­stance for the pur­pose of traf­fick­ing (co­caine), possession of a sched­ule I sub­stance for the pur­pose of traf­fick­ing (heroin), possession of a sched­ule I sub­stance for the pur­pose of traf­fick­ing (fen­tanyl) and possession of pro­ceeds of prop­erty ob­tained by crime over $5,000.

Taun Con­roy Dixon-Johnson, 27, of no fixed ad­dress, Peter­bor­ough, was charged with possession of a sched­ule I sub­stance for the pur­pose of traf­fick­ing (co­caine), possession of a sched­ule I sub­stance for the pur­pose of traf­fick­ing (heroin), possession of a sched­ule I sub­stance for the pur­pose of traf­fick­ing (fen­tanyl), possession of pro­ceeds of prop­erty ob­tained by crime over $5,000 and three counts of fail­ing to com­ply with a re­cog­ni­zance.
