Dylan Wells named ECHL goalie of the week
Former Peterborough Petes goalie Dylan Wells has been named the ECHL goaltender of the week. Wells went 3-0-0 with a 1.33 goalsagainst average and a save percentage of .959 in three appearances last week with the Wichita Thunder.
The 20-year-old stopped 32 shots in a 4-2 win against Tulsa on Dec. 11, made 24 saves in a 5-1 victory over Rapid City on Friday and turned aside 37 shots in a 4-1 win against the Rush on Saturday.
