Stolen credit card used

City police have arrested a man after a stolen credit card was used to buy merchandise.

Police say an investigation into the use of the card on Nov. 8 led to an arrest Dec. 11. Further investigation indicated that a card the suspect had was allegedly stolen during a break-in at a Parkway business on Nov. 18.

Jacob Orion Prelosnjak, 41, of Water Street was charged with the illegal use of a credit card, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 and breaking and entering.
