Assault charge laid

A 36-year-old Perry Street man faces an assault charge after officers were called to an argument outside a city home on Wednesday night.

The dispute between the accused and a male victim, who know each other, led to an assault, city police said.

Ian Douglas Clark was arrested, charged and released for a Jan. 29 court appearance.
