Pair wanted in con­nec­tion with laun­dro­mat thefts

Po­lice are look­ing for two sus­pects af­ter a two break-ins at a Lans­downe Street West laun­dro­mat, a week apart. The first hap­pened at about 4:15 a.m. Nov. 24. A man and woman tried to break into wash­ing ma­chine change boxes, but couldn’t do it. They then broke into a locked stor­age room and stole clean­ing sup­plies. A man and woman went back to the same laun­dro­mat at about 6 a.m. on Nov. 30 and stole change from mul­ti­ple change boxes. Po­lice suspect the same man and woman were in­volved in both in­ci­dents. The man is white, six feet tall with an av­er­age build, and was wear­ing a black win­ter coat, black pants and black shoes. The woman is white, five-foot-four with an av­er­age build, wear­ing a black win­ter coat with fur on the hood and grey sweat pants.
