Dirty Burger smashes way into café district

New restaurant is located on Hunter Street West

- Stuart Harrison

Dirty Burger opened last week. Owner Om Patel is serving up fresh ground beef smash burgers, hand cut fries, and delicious veggie dishes.

What’s a smash burger? The meat is formed by hand into balls and then smashed onto a scorching hot griddle. Open for pickup and delivery, the Dirty Burger is located at 211 Hunter St. W., in downtown Peterborough.
