From Prince George provincial court, March 13-16, 2017: • Nicholas Joseph Bourdeau (born 1987) was sentenced to one day in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching an undertakin­g or recognizan­ce. Bourdeau was in custody for three days prior to sentencing. • Sherry Ann Dyck (born 1966) was fined $250 plus a $38 victim surcharge for speeding relative to conditions under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in Stoner. • Robert John Tulari (born 1944) was sentenced to 27 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. • Destiny Paige Ghostkeepe­r (born 1982) was sentenced to 60 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for theft $5,000 or under, to 30 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for a another count of theft $5,000 or under and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for breaching probation and another count theft $5,000 or under. Ghostkeepe­r was also sentenced to one year probation on the counts. Ghostkeepe­r was in custody for 38 days prior to sentencing. • Kollin James Grainger (born 1990) was issued a one-year $2,000 peace bond for causing fear of injury or damage. • Murray Ronald Reid (born 1964) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for assault. • Kassandra Marie Lee Burr (born 1993) was fined $250 plus $75 in victim surcharges for two counts of breach of probation. • Russell Jack Gaucher (born 1975) was sentenced to one day in jail and one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for theft $5,000 or under. • Peter Jason Murdock (born 1969) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while driver’s licence is suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act. • Dagan Chad Beresford Scott (born 1996) was fined $250 plus a $38.50 victim surcharge for driving without a driver’s licence under the Motor Vehicle Act. • Jeremy Corbin Gunanoot (born 1973) was assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. • Ervine Paul Sutherland (born 1952) was sentenced to three days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching an undertakin­g or recognizan­ce and to two years probation, issued a two-year firearms prohibitio­n and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for assault. • Samantha Nicole Patrick (born 1989) fined $200 plus a $60 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Patrick was in custody for two days prior to sentencing. • Lance Donovan Shaw (born 1961) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. • Robert Darin Taylor (born 1967) was sentenced to 21 days in jail for breaching probation and causing fear of injury or damage, to nine days for theft $5,000 or under and prohibited from driving for one year for driving while prohibited/ licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act, and fined $500 plus $400 in victim surcharges. • Dale Cameron Christie (born 1965) was assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Christie was in custody for six days prior to sentencing. • Michael Darren Felix (born 1994) was sentenced to 18 days in jail, issued a threeyear firearms prohibitio­n for possession of a weapon, to 15 days in jail for willfully resisting or obstructin­g a peace officer and assessed $300 in victim surcharges for the counts as well as a count of breaching probation. Felix was in custody for 25 days prior to sentencing.
