From Prince George provincial court, January 2-5, 2018:

• Jennifer Roxanne Hixon (born 1991) was sentenced to one day in jail and one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for theft $5,000 or under.

• Darcy Kenneth Leroy Larson (born 1969) was sentenced to a 60-day conditiona­l sentence and one year probation, issued a five-year firearms prohibitio­n and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for assault with a weapon.

• Ronald Allan William Nelson (born 1977) was sentenced to one day in jail and one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for assault. Nelson was in custody for three days prior to sentencing.

• Lance Alex Patrick (born 1982) was sentenced to 15 months probation with a suspended sentence and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for assault.

• Rashaun Henrick Patrick (born 1993) was assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation, committed in Vanderhoof. Patrick was in custody for six days prior to sentencing.

• Shane Frank Thomas (born 1974) was assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching a recognizan­ce. Thomas was in custody for nine days prior to sentencing.

• Harold Lewis Clifton (born 1986) was sentenced to one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Clifton was in custody for 19 days prior to sentencing.

• Brent Leonard Erskine (born 1973) was issued a six-month $500 peace bond for causing fear of injury or damage.

• Andrew Earl Wright (born 1984) was assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breach of an undertakin­g. Wright was in custody for three days after his arrest.

• Coleton Gil Hall (born 1995) was sentenced to four months probation and fined $250 plus a $38 victim surcharge for driving without a licence under the Motor Vehicle Act.

• James Robert Maurice (born 1978) was assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching a recognizan­ce. Maurice was in custody for 64 days prior to sentencing.

• Rick Edward Schaeffer (born 1970) was sentenced to 58 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for assault, to 28 days in jail, issued a 10-year firearms prohibitio­n and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for uttering threats to burn, destroy or damage and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation.

Schaeffer was in custody for 39 days prior to sentencing.

• Jamie Dean McComber (born 1969) was sentenced to one year probation and assessed a $200 victim surcharge for assault, committed in Chief Lake.

• Leila Angel Lorraine Brousseau (born 1994) was assessed a $100 victim surcharge for failing to appear in court.

• Johnathan Andrew Jorden Farquhar (born 1995) was sentenced to 18 months probation with a condtional discharge and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for disobeying a court order.
