From Prince Ge­orge pro­vin­cial court, Jan­uary 22-26, 2018:

• Ben­jamin Brent Sakawsky (born 1961) was is­sued a one-year $500 re­cog­ni­zance for caus­ing fear of in­jury or dam­age.

• Vic­tor Wil­lier (born 1998) was sen­tenced to one day in jail and as­sessed a $100 vic­tim sur­charge for breach­ing pro­ba­tion.

• Sta­cie Anne But­tee (born 1972) was sen­tenced to a 30-day con­di­tional sen­tence or­der and one year pro­ba­tion and as­sessed a $100 vic­tim sur­charge for as­sault.

• Kim­berly Mary Joseph (born 1991) was sen­tenced to one year pro­ba­tion and as­sessed a $100 vic­tim sur­charge for theft $5,000 or un­der.

• Jeremy Cur­tis Gau­thier (born 1979) was sen­tenced to one year pro­ba­tion with a con­di­tional dis­charge and as­sessed a $100 vic­tim sur­charge for as­sault.

• Cory John Ni­cholas Hill (born 1985) was as­sessed $200 in vic­tim sur­charges for two counts of breach­ing pro­ba­tion. John was in cus­tody for 34 days fol­low­ing his ar­rest.

• Loretta El­iza Roberts (born 1970) was sen­tenced to nine days in jail and one year pro­ba­tion and as­sessed $200 in vic­tim sur­charges for two counts of theft $5,000 or un­der and as­sessed $200 in vic­tim sur­charges for two counts of fail­ing to ap­pear in court. Roberts was in cus­tody for 24 days prior to sen­tenc­ing.

• Adam John Stayko (born 1993) was sen­tenced to 28 days in jail and as­sessed a $100 vic­tim sur­charge for breach­ing pro­ba­tion. Stayko was in cus­tody for one day prior to sen­tenc­ing.

• Hank Abel John (born 1981) was sen­tenced to a 120-day con­di­tional sen­tence or­der and one year pro­ba­tion and as­sessed a $200 vic­tim sur­charge for as­sault and as­sessed $200 in vic­tim sur­charges for two counts of breach­ing pro­ba­tion, all com­mit­ted in Fort St. James. John was in cus­tody for 22 days fol­low­ing his ar­rest.

• Aaron Isaac Naziel (born 1991) was sen­tenced to three days in jail and as­sessed a $100 vic­tim sur­charge for breach­ing pro­ba­tion.

• Marvin James Joseph (born 1982) was sen­tenced to one year pro­ba­tion with a sus­pended sen­tence, is­sued a two-year firearms pro­hi­bi­tion and as­sessed $200 in vic­tim sur­charges for as­sault and mis­chief $5,000 or un­der, and as­sessed a $100 vic­tim sur­charge for breach­ing an un­der­tak­ing. Joseph was in cus­tody for two days prior to sen­tenc­ing.

• Mikael Wayne Ste­wart (born 1997) was sen­tenced to 19 days in jail and as­sessed a $100 vic­tim sur­charge for breach­ing pro­ba­tion. Ste­wart was in cus­tody for one day prior to sen­tenc­ing.
