Tourism Prince George CEO resigns
Tourism Prince George is seeking a new chief executive officer. After 5 1/2 years, Erica Hummel has resigned to take on a new posting in Edmonton, the organization said in a statement issued on Thursday. “During her time with TPG, Erica’s dedication has resulted in the growth and development of the tourism sector in the community and delivered tangible benefits to tourism stakeholders and industry partners,” a statement by Tourism Prince George said. Hummel’s last day on the job is Oct. 4.
The board has appointed Sarah Kirk as interim CEO.
