Constable was trained

Clearly letter writer Greg Klein has never been a police officer or he would understand that the constable who shot Michael Vann Hubbard was acting as trained.

I would encourage Klein to apply to become an officer if he thinks he can do a better job. It is tragic that Vann Hubbard lost his life. However, if he did not draw a bladed weapon when questioned by police, he would be alive today.
