Frozen Yogurt with Fennel Berry Sauce

SERVES 4

2 cups Greek plain yogurt 1 Tbsp honey Add yogurt and honey in a bowl and mix well. Put ¼ cup yogurt in each dessert bowl and place in the freezer for 1-2 hours. The yogurt should be only partly frozen before serving.

FENNEL BERRY SAUCE

2 cups frozen berries 1 cup orange juice 2 star anise 4 green and brown cardamoms 3 Tbsp sugar 1 tsp fennel powder Put berries, orange juice, star anise, cardamom and sugar in a saucepan and bring mixture to the boil. Turn heat to low and cook until the berries are softened and the mixture begins to thicken, about 15-20 minutes. Let the mixture cool. To serve, remove the yogurt from the freezer. Pour two to three tablespoon­s of berry sauce over each bowl. Sprinkle a pinch of fennel powder before serving.
