Chocolate mint martini
This combination of sweet chocolate, cool peppermint and crisp glacier vodka makes for a sensational dessert martini.
Chocolate Mint Martini
Ingredients
1 oz Banff Ice Vodka ½ oz Bols Creme de Cacao ¼ oz Bols Peppermint Liqueur Grated chocolate, to garnish
Method
Set aside a martini glass filled with ice to chill while mixing the drink.
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass half filled with ice. Stir until cold, around 20-30 seconds.
Discard ice from the martini glass, wet the rim, and roll in grated chocolate. Strain chilled ingredients into martini glass and add a pinch of grated chocolate over the drink.
Tips
If you find this martini a little too strong for your liking, shake rather than stir. This will cause more ice to melt into the drink, slightly diluting it.
