Show suites put out the welcome mat for their projects
They’re called show homes for a reason: they’re designed to showcase the residential possibilities.
Throughout Metro Vancouver, the welcome mat is out at numerous new-home projects with beautifully outfitted show suites.
Those of you who are interested in visiting some of them will want to make a note of the following projects, all featured recently on these pages:
Empire at QE Park: The presentation centre for this project — 166 homes in three six-storey buildings — is at 130 — 555 West 12th Ave. (City Square Mall) and open from noon to 5 p.m., Saturday to Thursday. Kensington Gardens: Open from noon to 5 p.m. every day but Friday, this sales centre is located at 2220 Kingsway in Vancouver. The project will eventually comprise 428 homes, with 138 in the first of
four towers.
Falcon Centre The Residences: This Maple Ridge project is at 11882 226th St., and also open from noon to 5 p.m. The first of this project’s two buildings in ready for occupancy, with a second scheduled for completion in the summer of 2015.
Montgomery Acres: The sales centre for this project is at 24405 — 112 Ave. in Maple Ridge, and open from noon to 6 p.m. every day.
Alumni at University District: The sales centre for this project, which will have 310 homes in a 35-storey tower, is at 13409 104th Ave. in Surrey. Hours are noon to 5 p.m., daily.
Delta Rise: This project — 317 condos in a 37-storey highrise — is at 11941 80th Ave. in Delta.
Hours are 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays, and noon to 5 p.m. on weekends.
