Rink employee accused in a ‘foot fetish’ crime

LOS ANGELES — Police say a roller rink employee has admitted indulging a “foot fetish” with up to 200 boys.

Julian Christopher Flores, 19, has pleaded not guilty to one charge of false imprisonment and attempted lewd act on a child, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Court documents say a grandmother found one alleged victim without his socks and skates after she let him go alone to the rink’s men’s room. Police found videos in which Flores instructed minors to remove their socks.
