Fennel Beet Smoothie

Sometimes my days begin very early, and I don’t feel like having breakfast at 5 a.m. That’s when I go to my smoothies, where you can add whatever you like. I’ve added anything from mangoes to green salad to this recipe in the past.
1 cup yogurt 1 cup milk 1 medium beet, peeled and sliced 1 banana 1 cup frozen raspberries 2 tbsp dried coconut flakes 1 tsp cardamom powder ½ tsp fennel powder
Blend all the ingredients. Serve cold.
