Human remains identified

Human remains found by the Fraser River in Abbotsford earlier this month have been identified as those of a Vancouver man who has been missing more than two years.

Barry Carl Hinchcliffe, 44, was last seen alive when he left his home in the 900-block Expo Boulevard around 7 p.m. on Sept. 20, 2011.

He was heading to a rural property he owned in the 12900-block Sylvester Road in Mission.
