A FEW SHOWS THIS WEEKEND BUT PLENTY ON CANADA DAY
After the crazy busy Father’s Day weekend, Canada Day is now just around the corner. This weekend is a little quieter, with a halfdozen shows around the Lower Mainland, a big one in Penticton and a couple on the Island.
But there is some big racing, with two events in Merritt from the complete opposites of the spectrum, Friday night street legal drags at Mission, drag racing at Ashcroft and road racing at Mission.
There are plenty of shows on Canada Day, too.
So go see a show in the morning and racing in the afternoon, and to quote my kids when they were little ... “wear ear muffins!”
