Shocked by Clark
Mr. Smyth’s article on the firings of prescription drug researchers shocked me.
It’s incredible that the Christy Clark government can seemingly weather scandal after scandal while leaving a trail of broken lives in the process. I doubt we will never know the true amount taxpayers paid for the province’s self-admitted “heavy-handed” firings.
However, some people lost much more than their wages; the case of Roderick MacIsaac breaks my heart and his family has my condolences. The B.C. government ruined this poor man’s life and I would like to see some retribution over this debacle for once.
The bureaucrats always seem to be able to delete a few emails to save their skins. Who will root out the bad apples?
