Indian Wells CEO steps down

Indian Wells Tennis Garden CEO and tournament director Raymond Moore reportedly stepped down Monday, a day after controversial comments regarding women’s tennis. On Sunday, Moore stated women on the WTA Tour “ride on the coattails of the men” and “if I was a lady player, I’d go down every night on my knees and thank God Roger Federer and Rafa Nadal were born, because they have carried this sport.”
