Woman dies while scuba diving

A 43-year-old Surrey woman died while diving in West Vancouver on Sunday. In a news release, West Vancouver Police said they are investigating the death along with the B.C. Coroners Service. Police and paramedics were called to Whytecliff Park after noon on Sunday. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. She was not identified. There are reports that the woman was a student in a diving class.
