Coastal Ford Trucks: The right tool for the job

CANADIANS HAVE OFFICIALLY NAMED FORD’S F-SERIES THE UNDISPUTED CHAMPION OF TRUCKS

-

For the past seven years, the F-Series has been the top-selling vehicle in the country. Ford truck owners are passionate, knowledgeable, and know true quality when they see it.

Coastal Ford prides itself on a staff that is well-trained on all Ford trucks. When a customer comes into a Coastal Ford dealership they are able to purchase a Ford F-150 with peace of mind with help from the knowledgeable staff. Before you come down to Coastal Ford to begin your purchase of a Ford F-150, it’s important to do your research first.

“In an F-150 there are over 100 different combinations, so that is very challenging for the customer — very challenging for sure,” said Dave Michnik, director of sales Lower Mainland operations. “But it really starts with simple questions: Is it for work or for personal? • Is it a weekend vehicle?

• Does it tow your boat?”

“It starts with the information from the customer on what they use it for. Once you take that broad look at the F-150 and start narrowing it down then you can get very specific, whether it’s a work-related truck that needs to haul, or a recreation vehicle that has to tow, or carry an ATV.”

When you have been the number-one selling truck in Canada for a half century, you might think that you can rest on your laurels, but Ford is constantly improvingt to ensure that you get the right truck for the job. “Ford understands the truck buyer. They invest millions in research, testing in Northern Canada making sure this truck can handle the punishment that a customer will give it. It’s their bread and butter and they just keep making it better”. “More and more these days clients are doing research on their own and we then validate that research. We confirm what they say and then hone in on that exact truck for them.”

In keeping with the leadership role Ford has taken on. The all new F-150 Raptor, 2017 Super Duty and 2017 Super Duty Chassis Cab will be in Coastal Ford dealerships this fall.
