Time to say sorry ... again

Video appears to show Bieber punching fan

-

Justin Bieber has caused quite a ruckus on his European Tour.

On Tuesday night, TMZ caught the Stratford, Ont.born singer on video, acting in a less-than-charitable manner.

It was shot in Barcelona, as Bieber, 22, rolled up to the concert venue where he was set to perform. The video began with voices of young women, speaking in Spanish, shouting, “Here, Justin!”

The pop star sat in the back of a regal black car, window down, when a man’s arm shot wildly through the open window. It rubbed Bieber’s upper pectoral. Quickly, the enthusiastic fan’s coiffure came into view, as the car passed a TMZ camera.

The fan hung on until Bieber’s arm shot through the window, striking the fan across the jaw.

The fan then paced for a bit, his mouth agape, blood staining his lips.

“He punched me,” the fan yelled in Spanish, pantomiming a punch. “I touched his face and he hit me.”

“Justin felt threatened and reacted in the best way he thought possible,” an unnamed source told Hollywood Life.

Neither Bieber nor his representatives, though, had offered an official statement as of Wednesday afternoon.
