Patients being treated in halls

-

Patients at Kelowna General Hospital are being treated outside rooms as the facility grapples with a surge in numbers. The hospital is operating around 30 per cent over capacity. Health service director Danielle Cameron says the increase in patients can be partly attributed to the spread of influenza and gastrointestinal illness. Cameron says the hospital is providing care to anyone coming in.
