Courts are a joke

Christopher Paul Neil served just nine months for breaking the terms of his release for sexual offences against two boys and child pornography. He had already served five years in a Thai prison for the same behaviour.

For him to get out of prison that fast shows we have a joke of a justice system. Any bets how long until Neil gets arrested again?
