Fixing NDP-Green damage
It may come as a surprise to letter-writer Ron Kot, but the majority of B.C. voters certainly did not vote for the current, disastrous NDP government now ensconced in Victoria. The waste of public money trying to stop the Trans Mountain Pipeline is only one in a series of nonsensical attempts to appease this minority at our expense.
Site C will certainly be needed for the future growth of the B.C. economy and was not halted when the NDP came to power. But we will have to put up with a multitude of NDP-Green policy errors until we can “vote the bums out” in the next election. It will take a very long time to recover from the damaging NDP-Green policies.
