New­ly­weds Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra have vowed never to spend more than two weeks apart in an ef­fort to keep their ro­mance alive.

The Bay­watch beauty ex­changed vows with the pop hunk in a se­ries of elab­o­rate cel­e­bra­tions in her na­tive

In­dia over the week­end and as the pair em­barks on life as a mar­ried cou­ple, the stars have pledged never to let work get in the way of main­tain­ing a healthy re­la­tion­ship.

That pledge in­cludes a prom­ise to al­ways com­mu­ni­cate with one an­other and re­unite at least once ev­ery two weeks when­ever their busy ca­reers take them in dif­fer­ent direc­tions.

“(We have a pact) to speak mul­ti­ple times a day and try

and not go more than two weeks with­out see­ing each other,” the new Mrs. Jonas shares. “Dis­tance can be hard on any re­la­tion­ship, but it has ac­tu­ally made us that much closer.”
