R&B singer Kelly Rowland is helping fans stay fashionable as they get fit in 2019 by launching her own line of workout gear with Kate Hudson’s Fabletics firm.

The former Destiny’s Child member was unveiled as the new face of the label on New Year’s Day, when she announced the news of her capsule collection.

“Happy New Year!! I’m SO EXCITED to share my limited edition collection with @Fabletics!” she wrote on Instagram, alongside photos of herself modelling the Fierce two-piece set, consisting of a cropped black top and highwaisted leggings, both featuring mesh patterning.

“#KellyXFabletics was designed to help YOU feel empowered and ready to conquer it ALL!”

The clothing line features a variety of leggings, sports bras, a bodysuit, sweatpants, a sweater, and a bomber jacket, with prices ranging from US$24.95 to US$69.95.

“Kelly Rowland represents the epitome of powerful femininity, which is why we are so proud to be able to collaborate with her!” Fabletics said in a statement.

“This capsule collection was designed to empower women to stand tall and feel strength in their everyday with pieces that are made to move and make big moves in. The whole collection represents her own brand of personal style, complete with athletic silhouettes with an edgy attitude and a touch of sexy. Get ready to channel Kelly and bust a move in your next spin class, on the mat and in life!”

Added Rowland, “I want women to feel strong when they put this collection on. Like they can conquer the world.”

Rowland, 37, joins Demi Lovato as a spokesmodel for the brand; Lovato, now 26, launched her first range of athletic wear with Fabletics in May 2017.

Actress and fitness enthusiast Hudson co-founded the label in 2013.
