Time to say goodbye to the Christmas tree

Alison Utzinger and her son Leo deliver a Christmas tree to be chipped at Sunset Beach in Vancouver on Sunday. After the trees are chipped, they’re taken to the Vancouver landfill to be composted. Cash and nonperishable food donations collected at the event will be distributed to local charities.
