MOSCARELLA, Gordon Arthur

-

May 1, 1946 - April 1, 2020

It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of a dear husband, brother, uncle and friend. We say good-bye with deepest gratitude for having had him in our lives. Gordon was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba to Norma and Raymond Moscarella on May 15, 1946. In 1970, while a young man working in Thunder Bay, Ontario, he met the love of his life Clorinda. They met, fell in love and five months later were married. This August would have marked their 50th Wedding Anniversary. In 1972, after receiving his accounting degree, Gordon moved to Vancouver to pursue his career. Gordon and Clorinda worked side by side in their own accounting firm. Gordon was predeceased by his beloved parents, younger sister Vicky; father-in-law Santo Costanzo, mother-in-law Rachele Costanzo; brothers-in-law Michele Costanzo and Carmine Cello. He leaves behind his wife Clorinda (Little Rinnie, as he loved to call her); his sister Lynda Atchison (Barry); brothers-in-law John Wescott, Simone Costanzo (Sara); sisters-in-law Rita Costanzo, Gilda Cello and many nieces and nephews who he loved dearly. Gordon had a heart of gold. He was loving, devoted, thoughtful and generous; a true Angel in disguise. He was always there to lend a hand and ear whenever and wherever he was needed. We apologize to family and friends who wished to attend his funeral, but due to the current situation with the Covid-19 Virus, the funeral service will be attended by immediate family only. If so desired, donations can be made to a charity of your choice, cancer agency or the food bank.
