BOWERS, Sylvia Anne

Sylvia of Richmond, BC, at age 92, passed away peacefully at Vancouver General Hospital on Sunday, May 24, 2020. She was surrounded by her loving family. Sylvia was predeceased by her loving husband, Jack, of 66 years. She is survived by her children Blair (Maureen), Shelagh (Gerry), Kathy (Terry), and Rob. Sylvia was a very proud grandparent of Ainsley (Aren), Kristina, Corinne, Laura (Jerry), Kory (Jesslyn), Karoliina (Keaton), and a very proud great-grandparent of Colton, Carter and Freya. Sylvia will also be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends. Her life in Winnipeg, the Maritimes, Dunbar and finally Steveston was filled with wonderful memories. We are blessed to have been a part of her life. At Sylvia’s request there will be no formal memorial service.
