WOODCOCK, Lillian

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Lillian Woodcock. Lillian was the only child of Jenda and Tom Woodcock and lived happily in Kerrisdale for most of her life. She graduated with a BA from UBC in 1952, completed a degree in Education and then earned her Masters. Lillian taught in the Vancouver School District for her entire career, retiring in 1989. Her affiliations included the University Women's Club and the PEO, where she was an active member. She enjoyed attending the opera and the Tea and Trumpets Symphony concerts at the Orpheum with longtime friends. Lillian will be interred at the Canadian Memorial United Church alongside her parents.
