BROWN, Donalda Janet

October 11, 1931 - May 23, 2020

Donalda died peacefully on May 23, 2020 after a short illness. She was predeceased by her brother Dave, her brother-in-law, Bert and her niece, Barbara. She will be missed by her sister, Marion, her sister-in-law, Lois, nieces and nephews Stephen, Lynn, Catherine, Sarah and Gordon, and her friends. Donalda lived in Surrey her whole life, primarily in Cloverdale; she loved the area and could tell you almost anything about it. She enjoyed reading, knitting and being with family and friends. Donalda believed in sharing and was generous with many different charities. Her family is sincerely grateful to the staff and volunteers at Suncreek Village for their humour, warmth, and loving care over the past year. Donalda was a life-long member of Cloverdale United Church. She will be remembered on June 14, 2020 at Cloverdale United at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, we would appreciate donations to Cloverdale United Church.
