Rinna, Richards save friendship amid Glanville tryst claims

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars Lisa Rinna and Denise Richards have made amends after their friendship was rocked by Brandi Glanville’s lesbian tryst claims.

On the latest episode of the reality show, Rinna admitted she should have warned her pal about Glanville’s allegations before she went public with them following a dinner in Rome with cast members like Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, and Garcelle Beauvais.

Stunned Richards tearfully defended herself, angered at being repeatedly “interrogated” about the rumours she and Brandi had hooked up in a hotel room, and as Denise was attempting to explain her side of the story, Rinna snapped, “I don’t know what I believe.”

Sitting down together for a catch up, filmed for the latest episode of the reality show, Lisa

told Denise, “Last night was really tough and I’m sorry about that. I’ve just been mean and angry, and it’s not like me.”

Breaking down in tears, Rinna then admitted she felt she had failed her friends, adding, “I’m just trying to make it so that everybody can move on and I’ve just f---ed up even more and I just don’t know what to do about it.”

“Lisa, just be you,” Richards reassured her. “You’re strong and you do stand up for what’s right.”

“I should have come to you,” Rinna admitted, “and I should have warned you.”

Reports about the same-sex romp first leaked to the media in January and Brandi has since detailed her encounter with the former Bond girl.

Denise was quick to deny the claims in an interview with the

Washington Post, insisting, “I did not have an affair. There’s definitely consistency with the subject matter that comes up on this Housewives season, and that’s all I’ll say.”

Glanville attempted to prove her story by tweeting a screenshot of a text exchange she had with the Wild Things star from the night of their alleged affair. In the message, Richards insisted Glanville stay with her rather than book a separate room — to save money.
