Mavericks 111, Suns 101 — At Dallas, Luka Doncic had a double-double and Dorian Finney-Smith led a threepoint shooting barrage as the Mavericks defeated visiting Phoenix on Sunday to even their NBA Western Conference semifinal series at 2-2.

Doncic had 26 points and 11 assists and Finney-Smith scored 24 points, making 8-of12 three-pointers as the Mavericks finished 20-of-44 from beyond the arc. Jalen Brunson scored 18 points, Davis Bertans scored 12, Maxi Kleber had 11 and Spencer Dinwiddie had 10 for Dallas.

Devin Booker scored 35 points, Jae Crowder had 15, Deandre Ayton added 14 and 11 rebounds and Cameron Johnson scored 11 to lead the Suns, who made 9-of-25 three-pointers.

Suns guard Chris Paul played just 23 minutes, finishing with five points and seven assists before fouling out with 8:58 left. Game 5 is Tuesday night in Phoenix.

The Mavericks led 87-78 when Paul returned to the game with five fouls and 10:28 remaining. The lead was still eight when Paul fouled out a minute and a half later.

Mikal Bridges's basket got Phoenix within six points before Finney-Smith made consecutive three-pointers to complete an 8-0 run that gave Dallas a 97-83 lead midway through the fourth quarter.

Sixers 116, Heat 108 — At Philadelphia, James Harden exploded for 31 points Sunday night as the fourth-seeded 76ers stopped top-seeded Miami, tying the best-ofseven Eastern Conference semifinal series at 2-2.

Harden added nine assists and seven rebounds, applying the killing blow by drilling a three-pointer with 1:07 remaining. The 76ers also got 24 points and 11 rebounds from Joel Embiid, while

Tyrese Maxey hit for 18 points.

Game 5 of the series is set for Tuesday night in Miami, where the Heat easily won the first two games. But that was against a Philadelphia team missing Embiid, who was sidelined with a concussion and a fractured orbital suffered in Game 6 of the 76ers' first round series win over Toronto.

Jimmy Butler was splendid in defeat for Miami, scoring a game-high 40 points on just 20 field goal attempts. Bam Adebayo added 21 points, but just two other Heat players hit for double figures.
