SINDELL, Phyllis Gordon

Mar 18, 1937 - May 7, 2022

Phyllis was born in Trail BC to Thomas and Mildred Reid. While in high school she met her future husband, Frank Sindell. Frank and Phyllis were married in 1957 and settled in North Vancouver where she was a teacher for 35 years. Phyllis battled a number of medical issues over the past year before succumbing to the effects of a stroke on May 7th. She is survived by her husband Frank and 2 children Derick (Barb) and Joanne (Doug), 4 Grandchildren Megan (Martin), Cameron (Nicole), Katelyn (Justin) and Courtney and one Great Grandchild Lukas (Megan and Martin) as well as her sister Bette and numerous nieces and nephews

The family wishes to thank the staff at Lions Gate Hospital and North Shore Hospice for their professional and compassionate care.

Service to be held 2:30 PM May 18 at the North Lonsdale United Church

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to either the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
