Stones drummer Watts left fortune to his family

-

Rolling Stones drummer Charlie Watts left his $47 million fortune to his family, U.K. Probate papers show.

Most of the assets will go to his widow, Shirley Ann Shepherd. His cars, however, will be allocated according to his wishes in a 14-page document, which will not be made public.

Watts' executors will use income from his fortune to support his beneficiaries as they choose.

Watts died on Aug. 24, 2021, at age 80.
