Public's help sought after gunfire at Surrey residence injures man

A man is in hospital with serious injuries after a gun shot was fired at a residence in the Whalley area of Surrey on Saturday.

Shortly before 10 a.m., Surrey RCMP responded to a shooting in the 13700-block of Grosvenor Road. A man suffering from serious injuries was found and taken to hospital.

Officers are conducting neighbourh­ood canvassing and speaking with witnesses. Police believe this is an isolated incident.
