CAMPBELL, Kevin Patrick

March 7, 1939 - April 28, 2022

Kevin Patrick Campbell died peacefully April 28th, 2022, in Armstrong, BC. He was 83 years old.

Born in Toronto in 1939, Kevin, his wife Shirley and two children moved from Vancouver to a farm property in Spallumcheen in 1976. Though a professional forester by trade, he was most proud of his leadership in several BC community organizations. He and Shirley travelled extensively, including international volunteer postings to Kenya, Turkey, and Peru. An avid sportsman, Kevin played high school hockey and football at Saint Michael's College School and U of T where he achieved his RPF and MBA. He continued playing hockey into his 70s and fondly recollected the friendships and aggressive play found on the ice.

Though his mobility suffered recently, his self-taught computer skills kept him connected with his three sisters Mary-Lorraine, Jane, and Margie; as well as daughter Megan, son Conal, and granddaughter Elona. He will be remembered as a community advocate, adventurous husband, and principled father. A private internment occurred in Armstrong Spallumcheen Cemetery.
