GUY, Sanae

Of Surrey BC, passed away on February 22, 2022. She was 86.

Sanae was born in 1936 in Tokyo Japan, to Sumiko (Sakai) and Mitsugu Ishida. Beloved wife of John Guy, she was a social worker in Alberta and BC.

Sanae is survived by her sister Akemi Hijikata, son Neil Guy, daughter Naomi Guy, grandson Ethan James Guy, and daughter in law Jennifer Savage. She is predeceased by her parents, husband John, brother Takashi Ishida, and son in law Gabe Sobieski. Her loss is deeply felt by her family, her friends, and those fortunate to have known her.

A celebration of life will be held May 21, 2022, 2pm. Kwomais Lodge, Surrey.
