Char­ity hockey game raises over 15k for men­tal health ini­tia­tives

It was an­other ex­cit­ing match-up last month as mem­bers of the Burin Penin­sula RCMP team faced-off against the team from Eastern Health at the an­nual RCMP Char­ity Hockey Game held April 13 at the Kaet­lyn Os­mond Arena in Marys­town.

This year’s event, which was or­ga­nized and run by Cpl. Derm Roul, raised over $15,500 for the Burin Penin­sula Health Care Foun­da­tion with a spe­cific fo­cus on fund­ing for Men­tal Health ini­tia­tives.
