Eyre tours energy sector spots across the region
demonstrated their resiliency despite the daily challenges they face.
“I guess the most important thing in terms of resilience is not getting too negative. Remaining optimistic about what can happen and what we can try to do. But its been a difficult time, so absolutely the sector’s resilient because they have been thrown a number of challenges in recent years.”
She added that one of her take aways from her tour was the resiliency of the sector in the Southwest.
“The hospitality of the people down here. The amazing resilience…and energy and innovation and capacity for such opportunity,” she said. “There’s a real entrepreneurial sense that one gets here in the Southwest.”
