A total of just over $7,300 has been distributed by local Sasktel employees through their annual Sasktel Telcare donations.

Late last month 10 cheques were distributed in support of a group of agencies and programs which made a difference in the community. Eight organizations received an $816 donation, while two different programs split the remaining $816 contribution.

A total of $544 of the donation was raised through year long paycheque deductions from district employees, while the remaining $272 of the donation came through a Sasktel matching donation of 50 per cent of each donated dollar.
